Payment management and invoices
You will be able to use any debit or credit card.
Each of our partners will apply the cancellation terms that you have previously accepted in the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the service. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact the help centre service.
You will have to pay for the whole route of your journey when it consists only of fixed-price transport services. When your route includes variable-price transport services, you will pay when you have completed the journey.
If your card has expired, been cancelled or has no balance (it has happened to all of us at some point 😊), contact the dōcō help centre at 91 901 90 50 or 900 86 16 86 to manage the payment.
Oh no, we're sorry about that. In the ‘Help’ section, you can contact us and open an incident. Just give us the details of the payment taken incorrectly and the journey to which it refers, so that we can look into a refund.
In the ‘My journeys’ section, you will be able to find your past journeys and request your invoices from the relevant mobility provider.
You can contact us from the Help section and open an incident. Just give us the details of the invoice that are incorrect and requesting the relevant changes.
For the time being, it isn’t possible to pay for you journeys in instalments on dōcō.
In order to be able to use dōcō’s mobility services, you have to register a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
On dōcō you can pay with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Please check the card number, the expiry date and the funds available. Remember that you can add a new card in the payment methods section. If you still can’t make a payment, please contact our help centre service.
You will be able to access the invoices for each transport service, issued by the mobility provider, although in some cases it may be dōcō that issues the invoice in the name of a provider.
Yes, it costs you exactly the same. The prices that we give you on dōcō come directly from the mobility provider and are always their official fares; dōcō does not get involved with the price that you pay.
Well, as the song goes, it depends. In those cases where the amount for the journey is known in advance (for example, trains, local trains, etc.), payment will be taken at the time of booking.
In those cases where the amount is not known until after using the service (taxi, scooter, motorcycle, etc.), payment is taken from the card automatically when you finish using the transport service.
