Search and planning

The amount for the different routes is determined by the pricing policy of each mobility provider. At dōcō we only gather them and show them in our app or on our website.

During the process of purchasing your ticket for the AVE or a Renfe long-distance or medium-distance train, you will be able to choose your seat if the fare you have selected allows it.

In your user profile, you will be able to tell us whether, when travelling, you prefer the fastest, most economical or most environmentally friendly routes, how much time you need to change trains and the maximum duration of journeys on foot that you willing to make.

You can check that a vehicle has been allocated to you in the details of the route in the ‘My journeys’ section. In the particular transport service that you want to check, you will see the allocated vehicle and driver. Bear in mind that they can be allocated up to ten minutes before the time of the service.

Of course. You will be able to remove the first and last transport service of any suggested route, if they don't fit in with your requirements. If you have already booked the route, you will be able to cancel each individual purchase or booking that you have made. Remember that, in that case, the cancellation terms of each mobility provider will apply.

Absolutely. In the destination finder, you can edit the starting point so that it is not the same as your current location.

You will be able to book journeys up to six months in advance, provided the transport services you select are available.
