dōcō Website Privacy Policy
This document (hereinafter, the “ Privacy Policy ”) sets out the terms for the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “ Personal Data ”) as a result of your access to and use of the dōcō platform (hereinafter, the “ Platform ”), owned by the Public Business Entity Renfe-Operadora (hereinafter, “ Renfe ”).
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms defined in the dōcō Terms and Conditions for access, document for access, use and sale (hereinafter, the “ Conditions ”) will apply .
Please note that anonymized information or purely statistical data used by Renfe will not be considered Personal Data.
The Personal Data requested in the various forms on the Platform is generally mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) to fulfill the purposes for which it is being requested. Therefore, if this data is not provided or is not provided correctly, the purposes cannot be fulfilled, although you will still be able to freely view the content of the Platform.

Who is responsible for the treatment?
The Public Business Entity Renfe-Operadora (hereinafter, “Renfe”) is responsible for processing the data generated within the framework of the Platform's activity. Where does your data come from?

a) Those that you provide to us: these are the Personal Data that you provide to us when you access and use (including registration) the Platform and the Services available on it.

c) From Third Parties: Personal Data provided to us by Third Parties if you contract any of the Third Party Services available through the Platform (such as, among others, Providers of transport, leisure, etc. services).

d) From social networks: these are the Personal Data that social networks communicate to us when you interact with us through our company profile on each social network's Platform.
If you provide us with Personal Data of third parties for any purpose, you guarantee that you have previously informed the data subjects and obtained their consent to communicate their data to Renfe. In cases where Personal Data refers to minors under 16 years of age, you guarantee that you are legally authorized to provide it (you hold parental authority or guardianship over the minor) and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
Renfe may verify the consent of these interested parties through an email with non-commercial content in which verification of the consent given on their behalf by you will be requested.
In the event that liability arises from a breach of these conditions on your part, you will be responsible for the consequences of such breach.

What are the purposes for which we process Personal Data and the Legal Bases?
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
5.1. Management, administration and control of access and use of the platform and its services
This process includes:
a) Manage access, use, registration, sign-up, cancellation on the Platform and any interaction you make on the Platform.
b) To provide intermediation services that allow your access to and use of Third-Party Services available on the Platform, for example, tracking the launch of requests from registered Users and fleet location; checking the operation of the planner, the booking system, the payment system, the collection of Users/use of vehicles; managing collections, invoicing, cancellations and refunds; etc.
Legitimizing basis: formalization, execution and control of contractual relationship or pre-contractual measures.
5.2. Management of Platform Customer Service: This management includes offering customer service and support to handle any requests we receive. This includes providing customer service and support to ensure the quality of user service, such as, but not limited to, requests for information, incidents, and complaints related to the use of the Platform through:
a) the web site
b) the mobile app
c) the social networks
d) by telephone

5.3. Management of claims related to the provision of the service by the Platform.
Legitimate basis: legitimate interest in addressing and resolving your claim.
5.4. Management of satisfaction survey forms regarding the Platform and its services.
Legitimizing basis: Renfe's legitimate interest in improving the quality of service through the platform.
5.5. Sending commercial communications, offers and promotions from the platform.

5.6. To communicate your data to companies of the Renfe Group, third-party service providers and other collaborators of the Platform, so that they can send commercial communications, offers and promotions.

5.7. Sending communications related to the use of the Platform, for example, reminders/updates, etc.

5.8. Management of browsing data: Obtained through cookies to analyze your preferences and improve our products and services.

5.9. Customer Profiling: At Renfe, we want your customer experience to be as satisfying as possible through a personalized relationship tailored to your customer profile and needs. To achieve this, we analyze not only the data that identifies you as a customer, but also the products and services you have contracted with us, as well as your usage of Renfe's products, services, and channels. Additionally, we apply statistical and classification methods to accurately define your profile. This analysis allows us to show you features, products, and services that we believe are relevant to your profile; information about the products and services you have with Renfe; and personalized offers with prices that are more suitable for you.

With whom will your Personal Data be shared?
They will be able to access your Personal Data:
- a) Suppliers or collaborators providing services to Renfe: for the purpose of managing the provision of the Platform's services. In this case, such access to Personal Data on behalf of suppliers or collaborators providing services to Renfe will be regulated in the corresponding data processing agreement in compliance with applicable regulations.
- b) Third parties: we will only communicate the Personal Data necessary for the provision of Third Party Services.
- c) Third-party technology platforms enabled for the digital intermediation of transport services with which Renfe has a collaboration agreement: we will only communicate the Personal Data necessary for the provision of the Platform Services.
- d) Authorities: we may share certain strictly necessary information with the competent public authorities, as well as with Judges and Courts if required by law.

Is your data transferred outside the European Union?
Your Personal Data will be retained for the time that is strictly necessary to carry out the processing they were provided for, or until you request the deletion of your Personal Data or, as long as this is legally admissible, you state your objection to such processing.

How long will your data be kept?
Your Personal Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the processing for which it has been provided, or until you request the deletion of your Personal Data or, provided it is legally permissible, express your opposition to such processing, or where appropriate, withdraw your consent.

How can I exercise my rights?
You can (i) send a letter to Renfe, to the address indicated in the header of this Policy; or (ii) send an email to derechosprivacidad@docoapp.com . If we have any doubts about verifying your identity, we may ask for your identity document number or equivalent document to:

b) Obtain confirmation as to whether Renfe is processing your Personal Data.

c) Access your Personal Data.

d) Rectify inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.

e) Request the deletion of Personal Data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

f) Obtain from Renfe the limitation of the processing of Personal Data when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.

g) Request the portability of the Personal Data provided in those cases provided for in the regulations.

Processing of Personal Data by third-party service providers
Renfe acts as an intermediary service provider within the Platform, therefore Registered Users of the Platform who contract Third-Party Services available on the Platform will be contracting directly with the Third Parties. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions.
For the purpose of providing the Third-Party Services and the Platform selected by the User, Renfe will share the User's Personal Data with the Third Parties and/or the Third-Party technological platforms enabled for the digital intermediation of transport services with which Renfe has a collaboration agreement (and which act as data processors for the Third Parties). This data is necessary for the provision of the Services chosen and contracted by the Registered User, and solely and exclusively for these Third Parties to provide the Services to the Registered User in accordance with their Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions. This data sharing is necessary for the Third Party to provide the Service to Registered Users.
Third parties will act as data controllers of the Personal Data communicated by Renfe, assuming under their sole risk and responsibility the processing they carry out on this Personal Data, which is subject to the Third Party's Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
