If you want to make a complaint about a specific mobility company, we recommend that you use the official channel of that mobility company directly. If, on the other hand, you want to make a complaint about us, dōcō, you can do so using the help centre chat, where we’ll guide you, step by step, and ask you for all the information needed to make your complaint and we can also answer any questions you may have.
