If you have the slightest suspicion that your account has been accessed, change your dōcō password as soon as possible and call the help centre immediately to rule out any transaction or changes to your personal details.

The app can be used by people of any age, but the minimum age for registering, booking and purchasing a journey on dōcō is 16.

Check your junk mail folder and also that the address you provided when registering does not contain any errors (.es instead of .com, a misplaced accent, a letter too many or too few, etc.). There is sometimes a delay in servers receiving the emails due to a technical problem. Please wait a few minutes before checking again and, if it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at the 91 901 90 50 or 900 86 16 86 phone numbers.

You can change your details whenever you want in the ‘My profile’ section, except for your email address, which cannot currently be changed.

You can use dōcō without an account to consult information about journeys and the different routes, transport combinations and prices. You will need an account to book, purchase tickets and enjoy all of our exclusive benefits.

No. You must never share your dōcō account. Please, remember that it contains data, documents and payment methods that are personal and non-transferable, and, therefore, you must not allow someone to access an account that is already connected to buy journeys/tickets.

The account holder is entirely responsible for the use of the account.

We can't wait to travel with you! On our website, or in the app, you can create a user account and start to enjoy all the advantages we offer you. If you have started using dōcō without an account, you can always create one later in order to be able to buy tickets and book transport services.

Oh no! Let’s try to resolve it. Check that you're typing in the email address correctly. If you can’t remember your password, click on ‘I can’t remember my password’ and follow the instructions to reset it. If you still can’t access your account, contact the help centre.

At dōcō, we have complete respect for the privacy of your data and will only share the minimum necessary with the mobility providers when you purchase a journey with them or make a complaint, in the event of an incident.

One of the many advantages of dōcō is that you can manage all mobility services in one place. As a result, your profile is the same for all of them and we are therefore unable to make use of your previous registration with a particular service provider.
